Not what I thought The service guys were great. My complaint is when I purchased the auto butler service with the car, my understanding was it was a hand detail wash, wa The service guys were great. My complaint is when I purchased the auto butler service with the car, my understanding was it was a hand detail wash, wax and interior detail. In fact, it is a spray on service and machine done process which is not nearly as good as a full detail which is what I expected. Now that I know what it is, I would not have bought the package, I would have had the car done at a detailers because they just do a better job than this. More

Because of a personnel problem, I got no feedback. My car was in to diagnose an oil leak. Somehow my rear shocks were damaged or worn during the diagnose. Service department kept my car for almost a we My car was in to diagnose an oil leak. Somehow my rear shocks were damaged or worn during the diagnose. Service department kept my car for almost a week and a half without letting me know what the delay was about. Somehow no one knew my car was at the dealership's lot. Extremely poor communications. Ultimately the issue was resolved with the service manager agreeing to pickup half of the repair charges. This was so unlike the service I was accustomed to. I love my car and strive to keep it in good shape. More
