I purchased a Lotus online and worked with salesperson Elijah. He was extremely helpful and sent me very detailed pics and videos of the vehicle so that way I could see any scratches or issues on the car. Elijah. After we agreed on a price I worked with Shellie from their business office to complete the sale. They were able to get all the paperwork over to me and remotely close the deal. Elijah set me up with a wonderful delivery service who also kep me posted along the way during delivery. Everything was extremely professional and properly done. THIS is the way you run a dealership. Only negative is that when I was cashing out I wanted to buy one of the pink Audi tumblers and the rep referred me to go to the parts dept for it instead of doing it all at once- they we’re LITERALLY right buy one of the pink Audi tumblers and the rep referred me to go to the parts dept for it instead of doing it all at once- they we’re LITERALLY right behind him in a case, and so I just did not buy it. I didn’t want to deal with another separate transaction, plus I was in a hurry due to a DR appt which I had already told him. I really wanted that cup though :( More
