He knew when we drove away from the dealership that we had only one working key to the car. I made no progress in securing another key to the car after several phone calls to him. The service was fine and I hope the work was truly done on my car. No one showed me a new serpentine belt that was supposed to be replaced, so I am not positive it was done.
