I had a great experience buying my car but have had some issues since. I just purchased it last week and there is something missing on the front bumper - where the license plate goes one of the parts is mis issues since. I reached out about four times. So I’m hoping that my relationship will get better without Audi perhaps I need to work with somebody who can help me with issues in a more timely manner, Especially when when they are on the same week that I bought the car. All in all I was very pleased with my purchase at Audi Stuart. On a scale of 1 to 5, finance person (5), tag person (5) and sales (3). Issues that arose during the transaction - sales (Elijah) said car Stuart. On a scale of 1 to 5, finance person (5), tag person (5) and sales (3). Issues that arose during the transaction - sales (Elijah) said car was in perfect condition and detailed. Not really accurate. While the interior was clean, the exterior of the car was not. Clearly the dirt on the exterior could have been from transit, but when I washed it, there was no evidence of wax on the exterior. A true detail would have finished the exterior. Sales stated the car was in perfect condition. Some flaws noted on delivery - a handful of road paint chips, the drivers side rocker stripe was tattered, seam thread on both sides of the convertible top was bare (typical) in spots. Nothing major and I have addressed. My point - as this was an internet purchase, accurate description is key. More
