Communication was not strong. Phone etiquete was very poor. The level of willingness to assist with setting valet service was not pleasant. Based on the other reviews, we were expecting to have a great experience at this dealership. This couldn’t be further from the truth. This was not our first Audi purchase. Other dealerships have treated great experience at this dealership. This couldn’t be further from the truth. This was not our first Audi purchase. Other dealerships have treated us wonderfully. This dealership does not respect your time nor your money, and they don’t care what your experience is like as long as they make their sale. We drove 4 hours round trip to make our purchase, which the staff here knew, and they still couldn’t do the bare minimum to ensure we had a pleasant buying experience. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning here no matter how appealing the pricing is. I’d rather pay extra to go somewhere else. More
