From the time we drove up, we notice Audi of Stuart was different than the other dealerships we had been to. For starters, the car we had called about was out front with my name on it. Brought car in for paint protection package I purchased when buying the car. The next day after the car wax had time to dry the entire driver side had huge white swirl marks where they didn’t buff the wax when buying the car. There were other areas like this but the driver side was the worst and wasn’t a small area they missed. I would have brought it back to make them fix it but the dealership is almost 2 hours away from me so that’s pretty inconvenient. More

I have coverage with AudiCare, an extended warranty program. The recommended services are literally never covered when I have my car serviced. Not once has anything been covered under my warranty.
