My experience started off well enough, but slowly went down hill. I was given N hour turnaround time, but after 4 hours I decided to call and was informed that they ONLY communicate by text. I then received a text regarding authorization for tires, which I agreed to, even though it had been only 15,000 miles since my last set of tires. Then I didn’t hear from anyone for 3days when I initiated a text to see where my car was, no tires, wouldn’t arrive til Tuesday. I stopped in on Tuesday afternoon and still no tires. I was unable to return because of chemo treatments , Andy had assured me that someone could deliver my vehicle and return the loaner I had, that didn’t happen. My experience was definitely not the best. Normally I give great grades, but at this time it appears the ball was dropped somewhere and the grades are not there. My car was scheduled for a 20,000-mile service. I explained to Tim, the service advisor, that I could hear a thud noise when driving over 45mph.
