My car was serviced perfectly and I was informed I needed new tires and the timing was great. Chuck texted and called throughout the day and was very helpful. However when I came to pick it up, even though I new tires and the timing was great. Chuck texted and called throughout the day and was very helpful. However when I came to pick it up, even though I had been told that it was going to be washed, it was not cleaned at all. When I’ve gotten previous services done, I’ve had my car washed. Not a big deal but it is a nice touch that has been done. Thanks! More

Chuck over at Audi went way over beyond any of his duties of helping my family and I from being stranded out of state, away from our home in Texas, with no where to go. Our car died leaving a pharmacy and I of helping my family and I from being stranded out of state, away from our home in Texas, with no where to go. Our car died leaving a pharmacy and I had my toddler, dad, dog, and luggage and since Covid has made everything difficult and being a Saturday afternoon, transportation wasn't easy to get or find anywhere. He made phones call for me and eventually we got a solution that worked! He definitely saved the day and this family! Upon picking up my car, he greeted me and was very personable and made sure I was taken care of! He showed top notch customer service! More

So Far So Good I just started taking my Audi to this dealership after receiving horrible service from another Audi dealership which I won't mention (Audi of Peabody I just started taking my Audi to this dealership after receiving horrible service from another Audi dealership which I won't mention (Audi of Peabody [i lied]). I have to say that I am impressed, the service writers are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. My car is clean when I get it back and the service writers don't ask that I give them a perfect score when I get the satisfaction survey from Audi. I hope this is the way they always conduct themselves. I don't mind traveling a few miles further as long as I get service like this. GREAT JOB AUDI of STRATHAM! More

pathetic customer service. pathetic customer service from service & parts.. They told me it needed parts, three visits later and three misdiagnosed parts later and $1600 more th pathetic customer service from service & parts..
