The service provided was friendly and accommodating. However, the part needed for my repair was marked up 40% from what a nearby garage charged for the same OEM part, ordered from the same source. Traveling to Maine from Delaware and had a concern with our Audi. Called Audi Stratham and they said I could stop in. In under an hour they consulted, we felt better and continued our travels. They don't deserve any stars. Their service department is rude and they charge $500 for the first 10k checkup. That is unheard of for any car dealership. Our car is 8 months old with less than 7000 miles and we were charged $500 when we brought it for an inspection and oil change. They had my husband sign off for a 10k mile service which he didn't realize he was signing for since it had less than 10k miles and less than a year old. We're done with these crooks More

Everything was top notch: the personal attention, the use of a loaner car and the communication. I don't know if there's another "tier" of car wash linked to more detailing of the inside that might not be of a loaner car and the communication. The insides of the windows weren't cleaned and they needed it...I frequently travel with my Springer Spaniel whose wet nose makes it tough for me to see well in cold weather. The moon roof glass wasn't clean either. However, the service staff was terrific, and you have a truly 5-star dealership. Marley Switzer More
Traveling through the area and alternator went out. Called this dealership and was told they’d work me in despite being two weeks out on service work scheduling. Alternator was unavailable anywhere local so the Service rep (Kevin S) searched until he found one and had it shipped overnight from San Diego. The alternator arrived without the belt so they’ve then sent a driver to Burlington Vermont (6 hour round trip) so I wouldn’t be held up any longer. Meanwhile, Kevin and the General Manager (Frank ) made sure I was comfortable, freeing up an office in the showroom where I could work and making a great driver (Colby) available to take me to restaurants. Everyone on the sales floor was also courteous and helpful. This was exceptional service in every way. More
