We had an excellent experience dealing with an issue that was difficult for us and for Richard to explain. They very carefully examined all of the computer codes from the car as well as investigating Audi w was difficult for us and for Richard to explain. Richard even called us later to discuss something that had happened to another Audi owner and it turned out that the issue was most likely something WE were doin, inadvertently, with the transmission.
