I have to say that I am impressed, the service writers are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. My car is clean when I get it back and the service writers don't ask that I give them a perfect score when I get the satisfaction survey from Audi. I hope this is the way they always conduct themselves. I don't mind traveling a few miles further as long as I get service like this. GREAT JOB AUDI of STRATHAM! More

Lindsey and I planned on going another year or more with our 2012 Q5 because we loved the interior and exterior styling, comfort and problem free driving! Frank Mclaughlin, GM, left me a vm in last week our 2012 Q5 because we loved the interior and exterior styling, comfort and problem free driving! Frank Mclaughlin, GM, left me a vm in last week or 2 of Dec. First, it was appreciated that Frank would extend an invitation to meet with him and see if we were interested in a new redesigned Q5. Zero pressure and not limited to looking at a specific 1 or 2 Q5s. In 35 years of New car purchases, our experience with Frank, exceeded not only our expectations but it was the best experience of any of our previous years of purchase! Wayne was equally very enjoyable to work with and was great with helping us understand the new models of Q5 and getting the features we have enjoyed on our 2012 as well as new features that we wanted to have for our new Q5, without getting the top model and added expense.... Wayne was excellent in his help/support of our time needed to narrow down our priority features. And Anthony was as well a pleasure to work with in the financing as well as various add on sales such as tire/rim protection pkg and resistall for paint protection from the caustic environmental and bird dropping incidents that otherwise can penetrate the clearcoat and paint! Overall, it was the best buying experience thanks to GM Frank, Salesman Wayne and Financing with Anthony! Lindsey and I are very appreciative of the refreshing buying experience and thank them each very much! We highly recommend the vehicle and buying experience Audi of Stratham, NH provides! More

The first time I went car shopping and did not feel pressure I have been looking to downsize from my previous car but didn't know what type of car I wanted. I found a car I was interested in online and called t I have been looking to downsize from my previous car but didn't know what type of car I wanted. I found a car I was interested in online and called to make an appointment. Maggie was patient with me and answered all my questions even before I agreed to schedule a time to come up from Boston and see the car. She never rushed me or was short on answers and made me feel more comfortable in knowing what I wanted in my car. I drove up to look at the car and test drive it; the car I was interested in was waiting for me and I was greeted at the door by Richard who asked about me and how I was doing before even beginning to talk about the car. Richard, like Maggie, was patient with my many questions and pointed out the many features of the car. During the test drive he was patient and kind and when it came to discuss buying the car I did not feel pressured and we had a give and take on the purchase. Once I decided to buy the car I was introduced to Anthony and even thought I kept calling him Steve he did not interrupt or correct me until I realized my mistake. Again, I did not feel pressured with Steve. Besides payment, we discussed several extended warranties and Steve did not try to sell me anything I did not want and he did not pressure me to make a decision. He kindly encouraged me to speak with my husband regarding the extras and when I did get back to him a couple of days later he made the follow-up paperwork simple and stress free. Maggie even brought the needed paperwork down to me to fill out and sign so I did not have to make the drive back up to NH. Even after the sale, I needed to follow up with some questions and Maggie, Richard and Anthony all gave of their time and expertise and still never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. I would definitely recommend Audi of Stratham, the drive is worth it, and Maggie, Richard and Anthony won't steer you wrong. More
