Chuck over at Audi went way over beyond any of his duties of helping my family and I from being stranded out of state, away from our home in Texas, with no where to go. We actually had FUN buying our car!! What a concept! We found our (used) car online using Cars.com. We checked for availability via the Cars.com app and Maggie got right back to us. Richard was fantastic especially when it came to communication. He was always available and able to answer all my questions. Anthony made the financing process almost seamless and after presenting various options including financing and add on packages, respected my final decisions with minimal additional pressure. There was a slight hiccup at the end due to my being in Georgia but the dealership stood by its agreement and the contract as agreed. That's all you could ask as unintentional mistakes are inevitable when dealing with 52 states and a myriad of different laws. Thanks to all of you for making this experience as good as it can be. More
