Kevin and Chuck were very helpful. I purchased a new Audi A3 in Brookline, MA a few years back and it's an absolute lemon of a car, unfortunately. I had a great experience. I work with Chuck Sean who got me right in and diagnosed a problem with my water pump. They were able to get me a loaner and then I was able to get it fixed right away. They also c me right in and diagnosed a problem with my water pump. They were able to get me a loaner and then I was able to get it fixed right away. They also cleared up my brakes. My car was serviced perfectly and I was informed I needed new tires and the timing was great. Chuck texted and called throughout the day and was very helpful. However when I came to pick it up, even though I new tires and the timing was great. Chuck texted and called throughout the day and was very helpful. However when I came to pick it up, even though I had been told that it was going to be washed, it was not cleaned at all. When I’ve gotten previous services done, I’ve had my car washed. Not a big deal but it is a nice touch that has been done. Thanks! More

Worst customer service ever. Salesperson not knowledgeable in vehicle (had to ask another salesperson to answer our question), finance pulls the ole bait and switch once you sit with them, then knowledgeable in vehicle (had to ask another salesperson to answer our question), finance pulls the ole bait and switch once you sit with them, then on delivery of vehicle windows were filthy, stereo speakers not working properly and all 4 tires were under inflated (to which we were alerted via the dummy light system). Not impressed at all, this was my second vehicle from them - there won't be a third. More
