This dealership is AWFUL. Just terrible. My husband & I have leased three cars from them & after the last one, we’re done. Trade in time comes & they could not make the proces Just terrible. My husband & I have leased three cars from them & after the last one, we’re done. Trade in time comes & they could not make the process more difficult or uncomfortable. Clearly they aren’t interested in selling cars or making commission! On top of that, they are just plain rude in their interactions, they don’t communicate well AT ALL with customers or each other, & they act bothered about any interactions with them. We’ve asked for a call back from an employee about interest we had in a new lease car & they never called. When we called again they were incredibly rude & seemingly annoyed, & tried to pass off our needs to someone else. They don’t have a good reputation in the Portsmouth, NH area & for good reason!! If you can, get to Audi Burlington (MA), they are extremely professional & great all around! More

Traveling to Maine from Delaware and had a concern with our Audi. Called Audi Stratham and they said I could stop in. In under an hour they consulted, we felt better and continued our travels. They don't deserve any stars. Their service department is rude and they charge $500 for the first 10k checkup. That is unheard of for any car dealership. Our car is 8 months old with less than 7000 miles and we were charged $500 when we brought it for an inspection and oil change. They had my husband sign off for a 10k mile service which he didn't realize he was signing for since it had less than 10k miles and less than a year old. We're done with these crooks More

Terrible service. I had an appointment for noon to test drive a vehicle, arrived at noon and was rudely told by Bob that someone else came in just before my appointmen I had an appointment for noon to test drive a vehicle, arrived at noon and was rudely told by Bob that someone else came in just before my appointment to test drive it and that if they didn't want to buy it I was welcome to test drive it. Awful. Their business practices are pathetic. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided to leave. About 30 minutes after I left (I live an hour away) I received an email stating that the vehicle was still available and I was welcome to come back. They even referred to the situation as a "mix-up"- this was no mix-up at all. It was completely intentional. More
