Shopping for a clean used Audi avant I have searching for months on my own, looking to buy my next 'new to me' Audi avant, and it was time to get some real help in my search I went in to I have searching for months on my own, looking to buy my next 'new to me' Audi avant, and it was time to get some real help in my search I went in to Audi of Stratham after seeing a couple of cars that might fill my expectations of what I was searching for. I was greeted and handed over to Frank Margolis after I walked through the door and was offered a beverage before we sat down. I actually felt comfortable for dealerships in the past have come across pushy to me. Not here. After I sat down I gave him a checklist of my 'wants', including price in my quest for the next Audi I was searching to purchase. I told him about the ones I had seen on the lot and we got into particulars about each of them, answering my questions along the way about the two different motor choices I was interested in. Unfortunately for me, the ones I had spied that were in their inventory were out of my price range. We refocused to the what was the bottom line for me and that was finding an Audi avant that fit my needs that was 'used'. Also one that would closely match what I was looking for with amenities, including price. I wasn't in a hurry to purchase, so Frank and I had some time to play with in hopes that the car I was looking for was going to show up in inventory soon. Frank reassured me that the car that I could eventually purchase here would be thoroughly inspected so I would be comfortable driving away without any immediate worry after we did a quick tour of the service area. I know personally versus a private sale, I would have had to rely on taking a car I was interested in to a shop I trusted to get it inspected. Sure they may work on Audi's, but the difference to me is that the dealership has seen pretty much everything when it comes to repairs and what to look out for and items addressed prior to purchase. The bottom line is I know I would have been purchasing a vehicle I was comfortable driving away in. Frank has been in touch with me on several occasions with updates on inventory since our first meeting. We are still on the hunt for that one car that bests fits me and my needs! More

This dealership is top notch. The customer service is unsurpassed. I've had many types of cars (Jeep, Volkswagen, Range Rover) and been to other Audi dealerships, but not one comes even close to providi unsurpassed. Every employee I have encountered there from my sales person, Nigel Reed, to the service managers and staff have been knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive. I live in Boston and despite there being several closer options for dealerships, I continue to work with these guys because of how excellent they are. More

Had purchased a brand new BMW (from a BMW dealer in Maine) in May of 2013. It was a terrible experience and a TERRIBLE car. They went above and beyond to work out as fantastic a deal as they could in order for me to trade in my 3 month old BMW. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO STRATHAM AUDI IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I purchased my Audi certified used from Audi of Nashua. Because I live in Portsmouth, Audi of Stratham is the closest dealer to me. I was experiencing some issues with my car and brought it into Audi of Stratham. They refused to work on my car and told me to "take it back to the dealer I bought it from". Basically, because I didn't buy from them, they refused to work on my car. You would think that an employee owned company would take any business they can get. It's not like Audi of America wouldn't have paid them for the repair as it was covered under warranty. POOR customer service. Take your business elsewhere. More
