Had purchased a brand new BMW (from a BMW dealer in Maine) in May of 2013. It was a terrible experience and a TERRIBLE car. We stopped at Stratham Audi on the way home from NH (we live in Maine) and we were both swept off of our feet. ALL of the gentlemen we worked with were courteous and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to work out as fantastic a deal as they could in order for me to trade in my 3 month old BMW. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO STRATHAM AUDI IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! If you live anywhere in New England, Stratham Audi is WELL worth the drive!!! More
I purchased a new Audi A6. My experience could not have been better. Had talked extensively with dealership prior to my arrival. My husband and I stopped in a while back to look at a pre-owned vehicle. We spent some time with our salesperson (Andy) who was very helpful, thorough, and pleasant. He took the time to explain the vehicle to us, all its features and made sure we had no questions. After our test drive, we spent some time speaking with the Finance Manager (Michael) who reviewed some options for us for the purchase. He, like Andy, was very helpful and gave us plenty of options. Although we did not purchase from Audi of Stratham, we would HIGHLY recommend this dealership! If the rest of the staff is anything like Andy and Michael, it is a must visit dealership. More

I purchased my Audi certified used from Audi of Nashua. Because I live in Portsmouth, Audi of Stratham is the closest dealer to me. I was experiencing some issues with my car and brought it into Audi of Stratham. They refused to work on my car and told me to "take it back to the dealer I bought it from". Basically, because I didn't buy from them, they refused to work on my car. You would think that an employee owned company would take any business they can get. It's not like Audi of America wouldn't have paid them for the repair as it was covered under warranty. POOR customer service. Take your business elsewhere. More
My wife purchased a new Audi A4 in August of 2010 from Audi Stratham. A few weeks after the purchase there were wheel balancing issues. It took the service department at Audi Stratham 3 times to address t Audi Stratham. A few weeks after the purchase there were wheel balancing issues. It took the service department at Audi Stratham 3 times to address the issue. Which was very frustrating. You would think they could have corrected this with one visit. This past May she had Audi Stratham do a Stasis upgrade on the car as they are a Stasis dealer. The cost was about $7500 with the installation. Since the car was worked on by there service department there has been nothing but problems. The car has been back 5 times to Audi Stratham for them to fix things. This includes parts falling off the car on the highway because the service department failed to properly tighten bolts on the car. In addition to these problems while the car was there for them to fix these issues the service department damaged the body of the car on one of their lifts. Needless to say after all these problems we will no longer be doing business with them. As they have failed to address the issues and we had to bring the car elsewhere. I would not bring your car there to have any service done on it. More
I recently took my car in for a state inspection and then later for issue with the ride of the car and some other minor issues after delivery from another dealership. The service people, especially Patrick, later for issue with the ride of the car and some other minor issues after delivery from another dealership. The service people, especially Patrick, are very friendly and listened to my list of this and that. The day I took the car to get it inspected they'd run out of stickers and were genuinely bothered by and sorry about this. They went out of their way on my next visit later that week by comp'ing the non-warranty work involved in making my car ride better. I hadn't even requested this or complained. They just did it. They earned my business right then and there. I think the measure of a business is how they react to a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, forgets to order more stickers, whatever - we are all human. It's what you do about it that's the measure of customer service. Not to mention, the car does ride better which was the whole point. They also gave me a ride to and from the dealership on a day where my daughter was sick so my wife could not give me a ride. The driver, Nick, was really friendly and answered all my questions about the 2.0T engine, various accessories, etc. He didn't seem put out in the least bit by having to drive me 15 min to and from the dealership. My only nit with Stratham Audi is their reception and waiting area. It's very small, usually crowded and the seats are not comfortable. They are stylish, sure but they have no backs. They also don't have any power outlets so that someone can plug in their laptop and work while waiting. It's a small place and not really conducive to working while you wait. You're better off taking them up on their shuttle or loaner service vs. waiting in the dealership. My first experience with Stratham Audi was excellent and I will be going back there for my Audi service. More
I recently signed a P&S to buy a used Cayman with a Porsche Assured 100K mile 6 year warranty that would cover all mechanical parts including some after market parts installed by the dealer. When I went to collect the car with a bank check for $40K the finance person, Jared x110 and salesman Harry Robinson, told me that the Porsche Assured 100K mile warranty was being replaced with a Fidelity third party extended warranty. Jared told me how he felt this third party warranty was better than the Porsche warranty but I disagreed as that is not what was sold to me on the P&S. The most insulting part was when Jared told me they actually knew about this issue the day before but management decided to wait until I came in to tell me they would not honor their original agreement. Having know sooner would have saved me lots of grief and extra work to cancel my car loan and stop the insurance. The only option they offered me was to deceive the Porsche Technician by replacing some after market springs to certify the car then re-installing the after market ones later. They could not tell what happens when I go to a dealership for warranty work. At this point I lost total trust in anyone there and decided to leave. I still do not understand what happened and am shocked that a Porsche Audi dealership could do business like " Bob's discount used car lot." I am writing a formal letter to Porsche and am happy to talk to anyone about this issue as it is true. More
