The negotiation itself was very reasonable (one of the best car buying experiences I have had). The finance manager found a very good financing rate (going outside of Audi financing). Robert went so far as to deliver the vehicle to my house the next day (~40 miles away) rather than having me wait or come back for it. Overall - excellent service! I would much rather come here than go to the Audi dealership near my home. More

He was knowledgable, patient and instantly made me feel at ease which is not easy when purchasing a new car. Robert took the time to let us drive multiple models and explain all the features of this amazing car. While the dealership did not have the specific car on stock that I was looking for they were able to locate exactly the car I wanted. They negotiation was painless and the deal was easily agreed upon. The car arrived shortly after we arranged a deal. Robert was wonderful with the delivery of my new car and has made himself available a few times since delivery to answer my questions. I have purchased many luxury cars and hands down this had been the best experience yet. I would recommend Robert to anyone looking for a new car. More

I have been a Saab owner for over 30 years, my 1999 Saab wagon with 225,000 miles had just died and I needed a new car. I was the original owner so it was hard to replace a car I had for 16 years. I had been to a few other dealerships to test different cars but when I walked into Audi Stratham, met Robert and drove the Audi allroad I knew I was in the right place. The bar was always pretty low when it came to shopping for cars. Not any more! Thank you! More

My service experience was beyond exceptional. The Customer Service Consultant, Mr. Blum, was expeditiously, very responsive to my requests and addressed them in a supportive manner. In fact, the General Manager, Mr. Hovsepian, was involved and addressed my concerns beyond my expectations. My experience with Audi Stratham was remarkable and sets a high standard for customer care and responsiveness. Six out of five stars for this dealership are in order. I am a customer for life. Why purchase in MA when NH is just up the road? After several weeks of looking for the "right" car--always a challenge when buying pre-owned--I stumbled across a promising listing at Audi Porsche of After several weeks of looking for the "right" car--always a challenge when buying pre-owned--I stumbled across a promising listing at Audi Porsche of Stratham. After a few phone calls, my wife and I opted to make the trip up from Boston to check it out. Anthony was a great help, allowing me to drive the car as I normally would--"spirited" is an apt word--and even let me take the car to the service bay to give it a thorough look-over. All requirements for the car met, the price negotiation could only have been easier if they'd simply offered to give me the car. Taking the delivery took a few days longer than expected, but I mostly blame the MA RMV for that along with our decision to purchase a vehicle out of state on a holiday weekend. Regardless, we were able to arrange a pickup once everything was taken care of and we've put several happy miles on the car since then. When the lease on my wife's car is up, we'll definitely consider making another trip north of the border. More

Long distance purchase (via the internet)..I'd do it again!! I surprised my wife by purchasing a 2014 Audi Q5 for our 20th Anniversary. I was interested in a hard to find color combination (Phantom Black exterio I surprised my wife by purchasing a 2014 Audi Q5 for our 20th Anniversary. I was interested in a hard to find color combination (Phantom Black exterior & Chestnut Brown interior) and my internet search took me to Audi Stratham (from Colorado). I made an offer on the vehicle to the saleman who answered the phone (knowing it was an Audi Certified pre owner rig) and was immediately put in touch with Eric, the General Manager. Eric accepted my offer within a half hour and all of my subsequent contact with Eric and Lee was courteous, efficient and confidence inspiring. I really appreciated thier follow up in getting the necessary paperwork completed and understand why thier Dealer Rater reviews are so positive. My only regret is that Stratham Audi is not my local Audi dealership! I bought my wifes car long distance, sight unseen and the result was everthing I had hoped for. The Q5 is a beautiful, sure footed vehicle and my wife is "over the moon" about it. Our first Audi....probably not our last. Thank you to the fine folks at Audi Stratham.......I'd do it all again!!
