This dealership is AWFUL. Just terrible. My husband & I have leased three cars from them & after the last one, we’re done. Trade in time comes & they could not make the proces Just terrible. Clearly they aren’t interested in selling cars or making commission! On top of that, they are just plain rude in their interactions, they don’t communicate well AT ALL with customers or each other, & they act bothered about any interactions with them. We’ve asked for a call back from an employee about interest we had in a new lease car & they never called. When we called again they were incredibly rude & seemingly annoyed, & tried to pass off our needs to someone else. They don’t have a good reputation in the Portsmouth, NH area & for good reason!! If you can, get to Audi Burlington (MA), they are extremely professional & great all around! More
Traveling to Maine from Delaware and had a concern with our Audi. Called Audi Stratham and they said I could stop in. In under an hour they consulted, we felt better and continued our travels.
