I have had the car for almost two years and have been in contact with Robert on occasion throughout this time. He always answers my phone calls or texts and always has an answer to my questions. I'm still learning about all the stuff in my car. Robert recently set up a service appointment for me and was in the dealership to greet me when I arrived. I have purchased many many cars in my life and never have I had a salesman take time 2 years later to sit and chat and to again show me how to use things in my car after the service was done. I cant say how happy I am with the car, the dealership and more importantly the continued VIP treatment from my salesman Robert ouellette 2 years later. More

Great buying experience I recently purchased a CPO 2018 A5 sportback. When I arrived onsite, Robert worked with me and set up my trade in appraisal to happen while I went on my test drive. Not once did I feel pressured during my time at the dealership. Robert was great, he answered all of my questions before the purchase as well going through all of the tech in my vehicle before I left. Xan was great in the Finance office as well and got me a good rate and explained the value of purchasing service upfront. Wonderful I was looking to replace my 12 year old car. This would be the first car I have purchased on my own since my husband passed away. To say that I was I was looking to replace my 12 year old car. This would be the first car I have purchased on my own since my husband passed away. To say that I was nervous is an understatement. I knew what I was looking for and looked at a few before finding the one at audi stratham. I was warmly greeted by Robert. He listened to what i was looking for and showed my the car, took me on a test drive and came back and showed me all the paperwork they had on the car and the work they did to it. I had been to a few other dealerships and the cars were either not as described or I felt pressured by the sales person and manager. This car was exactly as described and the condition was even better then I expected. Not once did I feel pressured. We easily agreed to a price and the finance manager got me a great interest rate and I was shortly driving away in my new to me car. Robert took the time after I signed paperwork to help me set my phone up and familiarize myself with the car even though it was not an Audi he knew his stuff. I cant thank him and audi stratham enough they treated me like I was there to buy a car that cost 10 times as much as mine did. More

I originally just walked into the dealer during lunch met Cathey Trave We are now a two Audi family with my Q5 and my sons A4 and couldn’t be happier. I originally just walked into the dealer during lunch met Cathey Traverse who was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. Just about a week from my first inquiry we bought two cars. We made a change to the car for my son the night before we were picking it up. Cathey handled all the arrangements so it was all set the next morning. We also explained the morning of pick up that the A4 was a surprise birthday present for my son. So last minute Cathey and team went all out with the bow and even video taped the surprise. Sets the bar high I visited Audi Stratham looking to test drive an Audi S5. I was considering a few different high end performance models from different manufactorers I visited Audi Stratham looking to test drive an Audi S5. I was considering a few different high end performance models from different manufactorers to be my daily winter ride. I meet Robert Ouellette who instantly welcomed me to the dealership. He listened to what I was looking for showed me a car in stock and away we went. I was blown away by how amazing the car was but more so blown away by the level of knowledge and expertise Robert had. I knew then and there this was the car, dealership and salesperson for me. I no longer had a need to look at any other vehicles. While the car in stock did not meet my specifications Robert offered to place a factory order for me. He was helpful in the ordering process and helped me decide on what exactly I needed and what would work best for me. The order was placed and Robert kept me informed along the way as my car was being built. He always answered my phone calls and emails and always had an answer for my questions. I absolutely love this car. Xan in the business office was quick and efficient with my paperwork and Robert spent as much time as I needed after to show me how to use the tech in my new car. The thing that really blows me away is after buying many many cars in my life he is the only sales person that has stayed in contact with me after the sale.
