Everything about the ordering and purchase process for my 2019 Audi A5 Cabriolet went smoothly. Beginning with Nick's responses to emails during the research phase, through the first meeting/test drive and then during the negotiation and finally through delivery were top notch. I won't hesitate to buy from Audi Stratham again because their management is bringing Nick along the right way. Sales management was direct and straight forward with me as well, which is very much appreciated. We agreed on a good deal (researched ahead of negotiating). I was considering a BMW or Mercedes in the same class, but after driving the Audi, getting advice from a friend who is an auto industry analyst, and working with Nick, I didn't even bother to look at the others. Why both when the perfect car was the Audi, I could order it with what I wanted, and the people I was dealing with were respectful and easy going? Even met the GM in passing and she was great - these people don't put on airs, they are just real people earning a living and representing an awesome brand of vehicle. More
