The paperwork always takes some time, but the process was incredibly well organized thanks to Anthony - and we took the car home late Saturday afternoon. Nigel is incredibly knowledgeable about the Audi products and systems, and was able to walk Eileen through the car and its features and electronics efficiently and thoroughly before we left.
