Just wanting to put in a good word for Andrew Koustoumbardis. After having a very discouraging experience with Audi in Seaside I gave Stevens Creek a chance. I met with Andrew for some test drives on Friday and he was so helpful, didn't put the pressure that would scare me away, and was super responsive. Saturday I reached out that I was coming over to purchase a car from him. He even helped when I was indecisive about which one. When it was known that no one was available to PDI my car and I would pay for the car, but leave car-less he promised he would deliver it when I needed it by. That man did the impossible- He delivered my car, driving through extreme weather and road conditions. I believe it took him 2 hours, but he kept his promise and delivered my new baby to my doorstep. I hope he gets a bonus, or at least a free lunch since this sale and customer satisfaction was 100% on him. Forever grateful and your new ambassador, More
