We leased our Q3 from Stevens Creek in August 2020. In February, 2023, I received information about renewing my current lease. I responded to their email and was encouraged when Cassandra Crawford cont In February, 2023, I received information about renewing my current lease. I responded to their email and was encouraged when Cassandra Crawford contacted me. We spoke of getting another Q3 and specifications. Ms. Crawford looked over the available cars coming in and said a car would be arriving April 1 and she would put "my name on it" as being sold. Great news. That was the last "physical conversation" I had with Ms. Crawford. Through out March, I called and emailed her several times requesting pricing details for my car. She would respond by text or email "when can we talk"? I gave her times when I was available. She never called me. I was working way too hard to lease a car. April 1st came and went, no contact, NO CAR. Naturally, I assumed "my deal" was literally, down the road. In mid-April, I wrote an email to the Sales Manager and Ms. Crawford, stating my displeasure and the shabby treatment I received from Ms. Crawford, and surprise, surprise, NO REPONSE. I will be leasing a 2023 Q3, but not at Stevens Creek. Ms. Crawford is the most unprofessional and dreadful salesperson I have ever encountered. Stay far away from her, unless, of course, you want more "screen time" with nothing to show for it. More
