Prior to that she worked with the service department to value my car and following such review I decided to look for a replacement car. Tammy handled the business side as a true professional as well. Also Brian was helpful on the service side of things. One issue: When I test drove the vehicle the floor mats were in the cargo area and when I picked it up they were recently shampooed again in the cargo area to dry. I allowed them to dry over night. The driver side floor mat is almost worn thru and totally unacceptable for a CPO. I would like it replaced. More
