excellent customer service I went to Audi St. Paul to look at a used Saturn Vue i found online. Mike Dahl was the sales person i worked with from when i entered the building unt I went to Audi St. Paul to look at a used Saturn Vue i found online. Mike Dahl was the sales person i worked with from when i entered the building until i purchased the vehicle. Mike along with Raven Fox and Tammy from the finance department were all easy to work with. They listened to my concerns and gave me answers right away so that i wouldn't waste my time. I was most impressed with Mike's customer service. We connected right away because of his honesty, willingness to answer all of my questions, communicating with me through email with updates and working with my busy schedule. I didn't get a warranty for the used vehicle but the negotiated price was fair and it worked for the both of us. I had a great experience and I would do business with them again. More
