We wanted a smaller SUV and thought the Audi Q3 would be a good option along with about six other cars offered by other manufacturers. We didn’t even think about what the dealership experience would be like, but we wish we would have. We went to six different dealerships in the Maplewood area. Some of our experiences were fine, others were terrible. The one dealership that stood out as by far the best was Audi St. Paul. We worked with Jen Brown. She was amazing. We had such a great experience with her and would highly recommend her. Jen was warm and friendly. But also calming and patient. Buying a car can be stressful, but she made us feel very comfortable and removed any anxiety we had. She quickly helped us explore the different options and which type of car would meet our needs. She didn’t push us towards a vehicle or options we didn’t want or need. She really listened and made sure we found the right car. She let us test-drive the car without any hassles and even spent time in the cold and slushy weather showing us car features before we drove it. She set a very high bar for customer service and professionalism. None of the other dealers came close to her. More

The buying experience was all low key and easy. It was as close to the ideal car buying experience/trade-in as could be from my point of view. I didn't get passed around. I dealt with one person (except for Tammy for the actual check writing-also great) who was knowledgeable and efficient. Fast and easy. More
