Hugh Bealka Hugh was great to work with on this purchase. Previous experience with this dealership on license plate attachment was bad. I could not remove my license plate to put on a new plate. when it came due on my 2011 Audi. I purchased that Audi at Luther Audi in Rochester.. The plates were not available at the time of purchase so the plates were attached at this dealer when they were available. When I went in for help the customer service person said this car was not purchased here and charged me $200 plus to take off the old plates and put on the new plates. I forgot I had the Maplewood Audi license frame in my trunk which was destroyed in my attempts to take on the old plates. It is this kind of treatment over a $55,000 purchase that leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me hesitant to recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
