As plesant an experience as one could hope for! I inquired about a vehicle I'd found online and was promptly contacted by a sales associate. That sales person (Jen) notified me she wouldn't be available that evening if I were to visit for a look/drive of the vehicle but that I should speak with Mike Dahl if I was able to make it. Mike was a real pleasure to be purchasing a car with. While it was a new experience for me, not knowing what to expect, I was very comfortable with Mike. At no time did I feel pressured or given a "sales" approach by him or Audi St Paul. Mike was quick to answer questions I had and very sharing of his opinions and experiences which greatly assisted me in my decision to purchase. Typically I'm not the type of person to take time to leave a review about an experience but mine was so gentle and positive, leaving me very appreciative of that experience with Mike Dahl and Audi St Paul. Car buying is stressful but should be fun, if you're shopping, I'd suggest a visit to review their inventory. Taken one step further, be certain to ask for MIKE!! More
