I was expecting to be at the dealership 2-3 hours, as is standard during the car buying process, but that was not the case. I was in and out of the dealership in 40 minutes. Jen and Michelle (finance) were prepared for my visit, very efficient in going over the paperwork, and could not have been friendlier. Watch your wallet I brought my car in for a specific repair which was completed satisfactorily but not without attempting a $1000.00 upsale to the needed repair. They didn't tell me they were going to put the car on a lift and search for additional work (they came up with another $1300.00 + in additional suggestions). They also did some recall work without my knowledge and washed my car in 10 degree weather so the doors were frozen and the backup alarm wouldn't shut off due to ice. I would have declined all of that and its not your car - you should ask first. More
