We came in New Year’s Eve (day) to test drive the new Audi Q8 Etron. We had already driven the Tesla Model Y and Tesla Model S, as well as several Porsche Taycans and the Subaru Solterra. We were greeted by Brandon as soon as we entered the dealership. Brandon is friendly, cheerful, and very knowledgeable about the Audi line. He listened to our needs and our questions and selected 2 models for us to drive. During the test drives he explained the various features and was capably able to answer our questions. After making our choice he was present and helpful during the waiting process to see the finance person. As it was NYE, the dealership was busy. Brandon has since called us to Followup, and we are going to the dealership today to get some additional questions answered. Overall a great experience! More

The documents were incorrect so I needed to fill them out again electronically after the purchase. The little details like the temporary license they stuck on the glass was insane. They used tape that wouldnt come off so I had to scrap it off with a blade and it still barely came off. I like the audi but I'll never purchase from this dealership again. They seem very disorganized. More
