Poor finance department Trying to get full refund for extended warranty for our audi has been excruciating. We have been calling every week or two since June and have talked to different people most of the time because they have either quit or their phone # has changed. Also, they have claimed every week that the check is on its way when it hasn't even been sent. Today Mark said it would be on FedEx overnight. But he also said the same thing last week...ugh! Still waiting!!! More

The level of professionalism and patience Jason showed during this process is to be commended. He was very understanding and considerate of the options I was looking for and was never pushy. He told me this was the first dealership he actually liked, and was blown away by their customer service, and he is not a fan of dealerships at all. I have purchased vehicles from Applway in the past so I called them first when I had an emergency. My convertable wouldn't start and I was driving Miss Spokane in a parade in just an hour and a half. I called Appleway Volkswagen and they were AMAZING!!!!! They had a cute VW convertable waiting for me when I arrived and they saved the day!!!!!!! They were so wonderful and willing to help. Those guys may as well all have capes on -- these guys are my heroes... I'd reccommend them to anyone, Over the years I have only had great experiences - when I purchased my car, when I have used the service dept and now when I needed to be saved in an emergency!!!!!!
