I live 3 hours away from this dealership but after a great buying experience in 2011 for a car not available in my city I came back to buy another car also not available in my city. My second experience was just as good as the first even though it was 14 years later - excellent! Made two discovery trips, the first to see/touch cars of interest, a second trip to do test drives. Our salesperson, was terrific: very knowledgeable, empathetic, totally engaged, relatable. We came back quite a bit later for the test drives and asked for her. The test drive experience help to decide on what to purchase, which was our goals. Needed to check out alternative buying options, but determined pretty quickly that the car we drove was actually the one we wanted. Arranged details by phone and drove back within the week to make the purchase. Having made two successful purchases there, if we need/want another car (we stick one brand family) we'd definitely buy from them and Olivia again. An aside, the dealership floor is super clean, open, and friendly. Always a plus. More
