Brycen scheduled service at the last minute when my battery died. A tech stayed after hours to complete the work. This was appreciated. The price was fair and service outstanding. battery died. Called ser Thier report stated all coolant hoses clamped. Drove home and engine overheated. Found coolant line from resavour not clamp and came off. Called service department managed who stated not his fault. Towed to another shop who confirmed damage to waterpump. Also did oil dye test and found oil leak in different place the Audi reported. Contactes GM for refund and to pay for damages. He refused. Auto Nation Audi Spokane is the worst. More
Staff was actually nice but it took forever to complete the sale and I paid cash, almost 3 hours! The total amount for cashiers check I was told to bring was in fact incorrect so I had to pay additional mo the sale and I paid cash, almost 3 hours! The total amount for cashiers check I was told to bring was in fact incorrect so I had to pay additional money to take the car. The documents were incorrect so I needed to fill them out again electronically after the purchase. The little details like the temporary license they stuck on the glass was insane. They used tape that wouldnt come off so I had to scrap it off with a blade and it still barely came off. I like the audi but I'll never purchase from this dealership again. They seem very disorganized. More
Arrived at the dealership on time and was met by the service advisor. Service advisor did a quick inventory of the vehicle wrote up the service order (oil change and seasonal tire change) and had me on service advisor. Service advisor did a quick inventory of the vehicle wrote up the service order (oil change and seasonal tire change) and had me on my way. Indicated the service would be completed by 11 a.m. By 1 p.m. hadn't heard anything so decided to call the dealership's service center. The advisor who took my call said he would check on the car and put me on hold. 32 minutes later I was still on hold so had my wife call the dealership to check on the call. She got an advisor who checked on the car and came back on the phone to advise the equipment for the tire change had broken down and because of this they had taken the car to the Subaru dealership to make the tire change. He advised that someone would call us back shortly to let us know when the car would be ready for pick-up. No one called us back until 4:30 p.m. when they told us we could pick up the car. My concern is not the broken equipment that slowed the tire change down, or that it took extra time to complete the repairs. My complaint is that I was placed on hold, and no one ever returned to the phone to advise me of what was occurring with my car which result in my wife having to call the dealership while I was on hold in order to get any information and secondly, we were not kept informed as to the reason for the extra time or how much more time would be needed before the service would be completed. Extremely disappointed in my experience with the service department here. I brought my 2022 A5 in for the 20k miles service and was told by the advisor that I also needed a brake fluid flush as well. I agre department here. I brought my 2022 A5 in for the 20k miles service and was told by the advisor that I also needed a brake fluid flush as well. I agreed to let them do this as well. They finish up with my car, and I drive off. I notice that the brakes are a little less responsive, but didn’t think anything else about it. I am driving, and all of a sudden I notice that my brakes are really not responding well, to a dangerous level. Then I get a message on my screen that says “BRAKE. stop vehicle and Check brake fluid level.” I am able to get the car into a parking lot of a gas station and start calling the dealership. I keep getting put on hold. After sitting there for nearly an hour, I keep calling into the store, and finally get the service manager and tell him that it is urgent that I speak to him. He lets me know he’ll call me back, which he does about 5 mins later. I explain the situation, and he says he’ll need to send a tech up to me to see if they can fix it. He says the tech will be on the way in 5 minutes, and where in located, will likely take 30-45 mins to get there. He lets me know he will follow up with me the day after. The tech arrives figured out the error that was made in not closing a valve on the brakes, and fills it up with more brake fluid. I never get a follow up call from the service manager. I wasted a ton of time dealing with this issue-including having to cancel two work appointments, it was an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a traffic collision, and nothings been done to remedy my experience. I do not recommend taking your car here for service. More
It was very easy to get an appt. through via the online website. I took my Q5 in for service and was informed of the price. When I picked my car up I remembered the coupon that I had through via the online website. I took my Q5 in for service and was informed of the price. When I picked my car up I remembered the coupon that I had gotten in the mail and showed it to the young man and even though it stated that you had to give it at the time of the estimate, he gave it to me anyway. Other people would not have done that. The person I checked out with was very friendly and nice. I asked for some help getting my car internet connected. When the salesman came out I thanked him and he said, "this is no problem as this is what makes my job fun, being able to tell the customer just exactly what this car is capable of doing." I really appreciated this because it said to me that these people aren't just sales people, they love the Audi car with all it's features. Before this car, I had previously had a BMW, and in my opinion my Audi Q5 is a better car. More
