It was very easy to get an appt. through via the online website. I took my Q5 in for service and was informed of the price. When I picked my car up I remembered the coupon that I had gotten in the mail and showed it to the young man and even though it stated that you had to give it at the time of the estimate, he gave it to me anyway. Other people would not have done that. The person I checked out with was very friendly and nice. I asked for some help getting my car internet connected. When the salesman came out I thanked him and he said, "this is no problem as this is what makes my job fun, being able to tell the customer just exactly what this car is capable of doing." I really appreciated this because it said to me that these people aren't just sales people, they love the Audi car with all it's features. Before this car, I had previously had a BMW, and in my opinion my Audi Q5 is a better car. More
Service Reps are very nice and welcoming. They greet you when you are in for your service appointment and they walk you through the entirety of the service. They will never just assume that you will say yes to any and all repairs and they will always ask you for your take on the situation. I was double charged for the fuel / oil filters and oil @ the 20,000 mile service. These are listed as included in the base price of the service, then were added again as secondary parts and labor charges. N the 20,000 mile service. I have not had good interactions every time I go to audi. The communication is very difficult between customer and dealership. Worst I’ve ever seen!!
