Car electrical malfunction with my 2024 new Audi bought new from the dealer in Spokane. Dealer says software update is all that is needed day 1. Now day 4 going to 6 with week-end and no solution and no co new from the dealer in Spokane. Dealer says software update is all that is needed day 1. Now day 4 going to 6 with week-end and no solution and no contact from Germany to advise. Dealer says they can't fix and need German help. Has dealer even called Germany? No loaner vehicle available and no one knows if one will be available. No updates on repair process unless owner calls dealership. This is not why we bought an Audi. Car broken, bad communication from dealer, no loaner vehicle, no one knows if/when Germany will call to help or can help. Team Audi needs help. More
