Shane, was really good. However there is no communication between financing and customer !! William, you need to do your job and follow financing request. Due William was not doing his job I needed to driver 4 times to dealer to follow by my self the case. Every trip is more than 100miles for me. The time what I lost was over the week, before the deal was finished, and I got the car. I called multiple times, ask William to call back and follow up the case, he never did, either call me back or follow the case. We paid the down payment Friday, and got the car next week Thursday. I was already ready to call them back and ask to return the down payment. Thanks for Shane, otherwise this would never be done this deal. Just, if you ever think to buy anything here with financed, please make sure they have submit all requested document and have received approval already. On my case, I even got call from bank, do I have got my car, before the dealer was telling me. This tells, they are not doing their job !! Once I arrived 4th time to dealer, and told them for the banks call, they did not have any idea about it. It toke more than 6 hours before they got all done. Only because they have not read the requested document and or submit them as bank request. Communication, its the key for success !!! Well, only communication what worked was from Shane. And he is only the sales person, who do not submit papers or close the deal. More
