Danielle was great, I purchased the vehicle from Audi of south Orlando and this was my first visit to the service center. I was greeted with a smile, told the young man my name and miles on car. Walked insi south Orlando and this was my first visit to the service center. I was greeted with a smile, told the young man my name and miles on car. Walked inside and was greeted by Danielle, who reviewed my options with me and also obtaining a ride to the mall for me so I may get some food and entertainment during the visit. Upon completion of work, Danielle texted me of my status and sent a car to my location, to return to dealership. The paperwork was all done, car was clean, and a friendly face explained the service performed. Overall, very happy with the level of service. Thanks to all. More
