I recently purchased a new Audi for my daughter before she moves out of state for college. At first, communication was quite a struggle. Everything was done over the phone since I live in TN and the deale she moves out of state for college. At first, communication was quite a struggle. Everything was done over the phone since I live in TN and the dealership is in Orlando. I felt as if they weren’t taking me seriously. Eventually they got on track and things went smoothly. My daughter did say, however, that one of the salesmen was quite rude to her. He isn't the one that sold her the car, but had to sub in one day when the other guy wasn’t available. Not what I would expect from an Audi dealer. More

Service at AUDI SOUTH ORLANDO, is 1st Class also, 1st class is Service Rep Danielle she is always on par with providing excellent customer service making you feel Iike family. I also, love the video cli class is Service Rep Danielle she is always on par with providing excellent customer service making you feel Iike family. I also, love the video clip that was provided showing my diagnostics faults. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating because I want Audi to always look to improve customer service.
