It's not because the white glove service takes care of everything from the moment I step out of my vehicle, or the assortment of refreshments and comfortable waiting area they provide. Bottom line: it's the people. They make me feel good about taking care of my vehicle and being proactive about maintenance. This is part of Audi's core promise to customers, but it's exemplified and delivered by the dealership's friendly and knowledgeable staff. Despite recent supply chain challenges, Derek and his team consistently make me feel like my concerns are heard and that Audi is working to keep my happy. I kid you not: this is a great partner to place your trust in for protecting your Audi investment. More
