When it came time to purchase he picked us up nearby, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome & taken care of, and made the process easy. The little gift bag at the end was icing on the cake. We were so ecstatic about the experience (and the new ride) I even bought Audi merch I didn't need. Mac builds relationships not one-off transactions and I'd follow him to any dealership (as long as they sold Audis). More
