My Audi was in for service pertaining to a recall concerning the connecting rods. The inspection/recall was promptly cleared. The only negative was when picking up my vehicle. Generally very high marks for the service and dealership, but I wonder how the vehicle could be treated so poorly as to cause marks on the hood. I would have rated five stars except for the paint abrasion marks. More
