I was hoping to lease a new car for my son but with leases now being double the price of pre-Covid, I decided to buyout the existing lease on my sons car. He is a student in Orlando so I made the drive from West Palm to see him and visit Audi South Orlando. I had called ahead to get the numbers from the pre-owned manager Frank Tornow. He greeted me as we walked into the door of the showroom. We went over the numbers and options again and he then put me with Austin Christopher to do the deal. Austin is friendly, outgoing and a terrific guy to deal with. He made the experience fun and informative while being engaging, conversational and looking us in the eye. Not the norm at most establishments today. Once we were done there we had to wait for financing to be approved before we wrapped up with F&I. William helped us here and again, another lovely guy who was experienced, not pushy and gave us good information which enabled us to make decisions that were best for us. After we were done, we shook hands with the team - all good firm hand shakers - and walked out to find that Austin had cleaned the car for us. It made the whole experience go from good to great! I wouldn’t hesitate to drive there again the next time I need a car. 100% recommendation from me. More
