Located in a beautiful modern building with lots of inventory, buying a vehicle from this location was a pleasure. I especially liked the open garages at the front where we could look at our new vehicl inventory, buying a vehicle from this location was a pleasure. My only slight complaint is that the process did take a long time even tho we weren’t applying for financing. It dragged out past closing time and at the end, when I think we would have normally gotten registered with the Audi app and had the cars features explained to us, we were instead rushed thru and not setup properly. Excellent experience from the scheduling (offers of shuttle and Lyft credits), drop off (had to do overnight key drop), communication before and during the service, and pick up and payment process. I worked with Kory as my service rep, and he was terrific. I had to make some last-minute travel plans during the time I had my service scheduled (service was pretty booked up, so I didn't want to lose my appointment, and I had an oil change due), but the scheduling and service team was very understandable and assisted me with finding a way to make it work. They also checked for and updated me on any sooner availability due to my car being almost overdue for the oil change. I have the service package, so most items were covered in that, but Kory did let me know a few other recommended items and ensured I wanted to move forward with them (they'd be an additional cost) by sharing the type of service and the cost. The service and communication were great, and the dealership was well-kept and clean and had a nice lobby/waiting area if you needed to wait. I also appreciated that they washed the car after service. More
