Located in a beautiful modern building with lots of inventory, buying a vehicle from this location was a pleasure. I especially liked the open garages at the front where we could look at our new vehicl inventory, buying a vehicle from this location was a pleasure. My only slight complaint is that the process did take a long time even tho we weren’t applying for financing. It dragged out past closing time and at the end, when I think we would have normally gotten registered with the Audi app and had the cars features explained to us, we were instead rushed thru and not setup properly. Excellent experience from the scheduling (offers of shuttle and Lyft credits), drop off (had to do overnight key drop), communication before and during the service, and pick up and payment process. I had to make some last-minute travel plans during the time I had my service scheduled (service was pretty booked up, so I didn't want to lose my appointment, and I had an oil change due), but the scheduling and service team was very understandable and assisted me with finding a way to make it work. They also checked for and updated me on any sooner availability due to my car being almost overdue for the oil change. I have the service package, so most items were covered in that, but Kory did let me know a few other recommended items and ensured I wanted to move forward with them (they'd be an additional cost) by sharing the type of service and the cost. The service and communication were great, and the dealership was well-kept and clean and had a nice lobby/waiting area if you needed to wait. I also appreciated that they washed the car after service. More

I was hoping to lease a new car for my son but with leases now being double the price of pre-Covid, I decided to buyout the existing lease on my sons car. He is a student in Orlando so I made the drive from West Palm to see him and visit Audi South Orlando. I had called ahead to get the numbers from the pre-owned manager Frank Tornow. He greeted me as we walked into the door of the showroom. We went over the numbers and options again and he then put me with Austin Christopher to do the deal. Austin is friendly, outgoing and a terrific guy to deal with. He made the experience fun and informative while being engaging, conversational and looking us in the eye. Not the norm at most establishments today. Once we were done there we had to wait for financing to be approved before we wrapped up with F&I. William helped us here and again, another lovely guy who was experienced, not pushy and gave us good information which enabled us to make decisions that were best for us. After we were done, we shook hands with the team - all good firm hand shakers - and walked out to find that Austin had cleaned the car for us. It made the whole experience go from good to great! I wouldn’t hesitate to drive there again the next time I need a car. 100% recommendation from me. More
