It was a great experience from the time we walked into when we drove off. What was most impressive is that I am in a minority class of married couples. Service was great once my car was towed to dealership. The initial phone call was disappointing as I was told the next appointment for service was over 2 weeks out. Unfortunately the experience to get service was exhausting and took numerous phone calls and text messages. This was not my first experience with attempting to schedule service with this dealership that appears to be either overwhelmed with service requests or understaffed to handle requests. More
