It was a great experience from the time we walked into when we drove off. What was most impressive is that I am in a minority class of married couples. As he talked with us and worked the deal, he was respectful and showed the most empathy when talking to others about our purchase. He made me feel valued and seen. Service was great once my car was towed to dealership. The initial phone call was disappointing as I was told the next appointment for service was over 2 weeks out.
