I brought my S3 in for a recall along with one other issue. The team did a good job of keeping me informed of the issue and timing. Once I approved the repair I was told my car would be ready the next issue. The team did a good job of keeping me informed of the issue and timing. Which then led to the tech starting on another car which then further delayed the work on my car when the parts arrived the next day. I was out of a car for an entire week. I would've given them 5 stars if it weren't for the delays. More

The BMW dealership I take my other car to has free rides within 25miles and made to order breakfast. Audi maintenance costs just as much or more.
