What was most remarkable was his non-sales sales pitch. It was as if he really cared that what we got was really what we wanted. It was a great experience from the time we walked into when we drove off. What was most impressive is that I am in a minority class of married couples. As he talked with us and worked the deal, he was respectful and showed the most empathy when talking to others about our purchase. He made me feel valued and seen.
