This was my second car I purchased from GIO @ Audi South Orlando and just as it was the first time the process was easy and quick! A very good experience, went in just to test drive, because we were going to Audi North, Sam (salesperson) was very personable and knowledgeable. We liked him, the price of the vehicle, a recent trade because we were going to Audi North, Sam (salesperson) was very personable and knowledgeable. I brought my S3 in for a recall along with one other issue. The team did a good job of keeping me informed of the issue and timing. Once I approved the repair I was told my car would be ready the next issue. The team did a good job of keeping me informed of the issue and timing. Once I approved the repair I was told my car would be ready the next day. Then the parts didn't arrive "on the truck" the next day. Which then led to the tech starting on another car which then further delayed the work on my car when the parts arrived the next day. I was out of a car for an entire week. I would've given them 5 stars if it weren't for the delays. More
