I brought my car in for routine service and tire damage. I was immediately greeted by a staff member and was escorted to the waiting area. Snacks & betverages were offered. I waited a minimal amount of time before I was checked in by Derek. Derek was thorough and quick and I was able to get on with my day. Derek was very informative, sending me text messages throughout the day so I new the status of my maintenance & repair. I had purchased the tire warranty plan and Derek communicated with them to get my tire replaced without cost to me. Since I needed a new tire my car was not completed in one day. Derek continued to text me updates the following day and my car was ready around noon time. When I returned to the dealership to get my car, Derek was very helpful and expedient. He greeted me as soon as I came through the door, reviewed the paperwork and made sure I had no questions. I’m very happy with the service I received at Audi South Orlando and will return for all my future needs. More
