The service at this dealership has been pretty great. It does take a longer than anticipated time for a loaner vehicle so be sure to reserve well in advance. The dealership has however fixed everything I have thrown at them. As well as going the extra step to address other issues that were beyond the warranty point. I was pleasantly surprised when they went to bat for me with the issue I’ll definitely be taking both my Audis to them. Purchases from this dealership were very smooth as well. I would return to Audi SouthOrlando for another car. More

I went to Audi South Orlando and purchased a Q8 30T QUATTRO let me 1st start with my experience. Ariel is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. His passion for what QUATTRO let me 1st start with my experience. Ariel is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. His passion for what he does made my family so comfortable. He started off getting to know everyone which made the experience even better. After giving us a tour of the vehicle and we knew this was the one. He was so thorough with all the information and knowledge of the Audi brand. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Even call days later to make sure everything was going good. He didn’t just sell us a vehicle he actually became a friend. We plan to go back again because of his excellent customer service and the high quality vehicles.
