We had an unusual experience in buying a new Audi Q5, but Ariel Rodriguez, our salesman, walked with us through the process to a successful conclusion. Ariel worked with us to identify a suitable 2nd alternative, which also needed to be shipped from a different dealer. Audi South Orlando worked to expedite the delivery so we could pick up the car on a Sunday after flying into the Orlando airport. That wend smoothly, and they waived the few hundred dollars difference in the vehicles. We picked up our car on time, and left happy with our new purchase. More
