Overall...an awesome experience. Awesome experience from start to finish...my only gripe is that they wouldn’t let me test drive the car I came to buy. Came in to look at an RS5 but was told I couldn’t test drive it which forced me to go to Audi Marietta...where they happily let me test drive the vehicle. Not sure if I was prejudged or “put in a box” by that particular salesman or not. Any who, I came back to Audi South Atlanta because Marietta didn’t have the color I wanted (Nardo Grey). I saw it in person and bought it on the spot. Outside of that...the experience was great. Word to the Wise...”Never Judge a Book by its Cover”. More

Excellent experience I have purchased over 40 vehicles in the past 20 years. Without exception, this was my best purchasing experience. I know that South Atlanta as an area has a bad reputation, but that is unwarranted in this case. The new facility is immaculate and the inventory selection is likewise excellent. Every interaction I had, from TJ as a salesperson, to the SM Alek, to Kevin in finance, was wonderful. There was no pressure, the knowledge base regarding features, options, and selection, was impressive. The sales manager immediately walked out, we discussed our mutual love for cars, and he offered substantial (unadvertised) discounts on anything new on the lot. I came in knowing what I wanted and already had financing secured, so that made things smoother as well. I got a full trade offer on my Vette, an excellent price on my new A6 Prestige, and generally felt very comfortable with the entire experience. The only flaw was the omission of a temporary tag upon delivery, but I returned the next day to get that cleared up without difficult. I should note that this is my 6th Audi (A4, 3 A6s, S4, A8) and have owned new Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Range Rover, and others and none of the other dealers compared in overall efficiency, courtesy, professionalism, or experience. I can't recommend Audi of South Atlanta, TJ, Alek, and Kevin enough. 10/10 from a very experienced, and frequent, auto buyer. I will DEFINITELY be back to purchase again. More

Courteous, knowledgeable and patient Service Division: I found the staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me as we determined the nature of the problem with my vehicle.... The staff provided me with directions to the site, assured me that the issue was under warranty and to let them handle the problem. Within an hour, my issue was resolved and I was on my way, thankful that I was not at the site for hours with an unexpected expense that my family had not anticipate. Phenomenal Service, Quality Experience I was extremely pleased with my experience at Audi South. From the moment that I walked through the door; I felt as if my venture was completely indiv I was extremely pleased with my experience at Audi South. From the moment that I walked through the door; I felt as if my venture was completely individualized. I was sent expeditiously to the salesman that was expected me. We initially spoke over the phone. He was knowledgeable, patient, expedient, friendly, personable, and accommodating. He went over all paperwork in detail; and the test drive was amazingly comfortable; as he conscientiously made sure that understood key aspects of the vehicle. I was pleased with the length of time that I spent at the dealership. Instead of the 10-hour long trip that car shopping usually takes; I had test driven, signed, secured paperwork and worked with the financial manager in less than 2 hours. That was the most important to me. Afterwards, I received a follow up phone call on Monday at work to ask how I enjoyed my vehicle over the weekend. The entire experience makes me want to only purchase Audi's in the future. This is my 3rd Audi; and in between; I have owned a Saab and a Honda. I must honestly say that, although I loved those vehicles; nothing has compared to the overall visit that I had with Audi South this month. Thanks Audi for exemplary and quality customer care! More
