I know I'm always in good hands when I'm at Audi South Atlanta. We've purchased two cars from this dealership and our shopping experience was so easy. I only have my Q7 serviced at this location and I've always been treated with respect and kindness. Any concerns I have about my car are always addressed and taken seriously and while I'm waiting, I get updates regularly about information found or the wait time. I always feel that my best interest is the priority and never feel like I'm sold services I don't need. It's always super easy to make an appointment and my wait times are usually close to the estimated time given. The facility is always bright & clean. A special shout-out to Josh Owens for always answering my questions and helping me with any concerns I may have. He's the best! More

As previous customers stated. Everything is good with sales transaction until you try to get ahold of them. We spent $125k on two cars and can’t even get a call back. During our initial purchase, we worked with Trip and Steven, sales manager. My brand new 2020 Q8 has clear damage from transportation that was verified from my local Audi dealership her in Nashville. An initial comment from the Sales manager, Steven, was, why did it take past 45 days for me to inform them. Trip made the comment that Steven, thought I was trying to pull a fast one because I am Asian. Let me say, Steven is of asian decent as well. Very rude assumption. I’ve left a message for Steven to call me back and no response. The service advisor at Audi of Nashville, clearly explained this damage is caused by transportation. These paint damages can only be seen when you’re looking for them few inches away from view and is on the passenger side. But after closer examination, they are also on same side of driver side. The only reason I had to visit Audi of Nashville is because Audi of South Atlanta had to replace a damaged B pillar on the driver side door that was seen during purchase. I was perfectly fine with this little piece because they had their parts guy meet and tell me that he has checked on the part and it would be ordered and sent to me end of week. My vehicle was purchased June 29, 2020. As of August 23, my part is finally installed and it had to be ordered by Audi of Nashville... As for my registration of the vehicle , I still have not received it. When called to check up on it, it is said that they do not have a title tag person there. Audi of South Atlanta has left a negative image for the Audi brand. There are plenty of negative reviews for this place and I agree with all of them and I have experienced similar treatment. More
I purchased a certified Audi from this dealership remotely as an out of state buyer from Texas. I received the car and found that information on certification paperwork was incorrect. I have been trying to get a hold of management for weeks. They simply ignore all contact. This is a dishonest and predatory organization. I would avoid purchasing a vehicle from here. Especially from out of state. More

It’s nice and clean on the inside. Everyone is nice and extremely attentive. I knew I wanted to shop around but Audi was my first stop and after going to look at a few other different car dealerships, I ul extremely attentive.
